We are a small team of builders who are passionate about seeing a client’s concept come to life. Whether it be transforming a home through renovations, creating a bespoke new build, or adding the finishing touches to a property such as a deck or fence, Marksmen Builders have created a building process that produces quality results in a time-efficient manner.

At Marksmen Builders we pride ourselves on being honest and approachable, and work closely with you to produce correct, quality results. We keep our clients involved throughout the building process, and love playing a part in creating a property you can be proud of.

Our building team has been building homes for Kiwi families for over 15 years. We have a significant amount of experience with multi-story builds and have the capabilities to oversee a large portfolio of projects simultaneously. Marksmen Builders is a member of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association and we ensure all of our employees hold a Site Safe Passport.

SAFE + FULLY INSURED

The safety of both our team and the clients we work with is of the utmost importance, and we have the skills and experience to work to the highest health and safety standards. We make sure to keep up with all new laws, and regularly revise safety protocols. By adhering to safe processes, including being fully insured, our clients can feel protected. Marksmen Builders also played a pivotal role in the initial development of Hobsonville Point –a flagship for building health and safety practices in New Zealand.

To create an efficient building process and provide a quality product, we like to make sure we do things right the first time, as the saying goes – “Measure twice, cut once”. We dedicate time to consider the best approach for each job and project, continually analyse how each action impacts the rest of the build, and ensure everything is recorded.

The building industry is constantly evolving, so our team keep up with changes and developments by continually upskilling and being involved in industry events. We also work hard to stick to project timelines through using trusted and proven sub-trade teams and we can fluctuate staff as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
